Opera in The Kitchen has decided to broaden its boundaries and bring Italian food, wine and Opera in the States!
You have always dreamt about tasting real Italian cuisine right at your place but all you have ever got was “pizza pepperoni”? Well, the time has finally come!
The Opera in the kitchen team came up with a new fantastic project and would like to share it with you, your families and friends. We are planning to bring our events overseas… in the U.S.A.!
Lucrezia, Matteo and Chiara are currently on tour to introduce the traditional Italian cuisine to our American guests. They are visiting Atlanta, New York, Austin and Huston but, since we do not want any of you to be left out, in January our staff will come back to explore other wonderful cities!! You will have the chance of getting to know our Chef’s tips and preparing an Italian traditional four-course menu. In the end, the cherry on top will be a live performance of the best Arias of Italian Opera by our soprano singer, Chiara Panacci.
As for what concerns the evening, you will learn how to prepare a full menu including some of the most well-known recipes of the Italian cuisine such as eggplant parmigiana, chicken cacciatora style, tiramisu and, of course, fresh homemade pasta!!! After the cooking class, a Prosecco wine and EVO oil tasting will be held by Lucrezia as professional sommelier. You do not have your own pasta maker? Don’t worry, Lucrezia will travel with her own customized machine, but if you want to keep pace with her, all you need to do is click here 🙂
Together with the booking confirmation mail we will send you the final version of the menu and a list of the necessary kitchen equipment.
