Historiam Apicio’s Salt
It is made from: whole sea salt, black pepper, white pepper, oregano, ginger, dill, Cretan hyssop, parsley, marjoram, cardamom, thyme, celery seed, lavender, saffron, Spikenard (Musk root) essential oil.
Suggestions for use: it can replace salt. Recommended for salads, hot and cold dishes both roasted and boiled. Best used raw, as this enhances the aroma of its ingredients. Enriches the taste of every dish.
